First of all, this is one time where I would recommend a lower-carbohydrate diet - and only for a short period of time.� You''re also going to be wanting to look at how much sodium you''re consuming - this can be a huge factor with extra bloating..

Another thing is water!� Provided your event isn''t tomorrow - you want to be drinking A LOT of water..� And I mean a lot.

This woman has 5 children.� She''s 46 years old and they range in age from 16 down to 6.� She came to me and was completely miserable and was willing to try anything!..� so I put her through my Tummy Fat burning resistance program...

"C-Section, Shmee-Section!� Check This Out If You Still Want That Flat Tummy!"

I hope you don''t think that because you''ve had a C-section that you can never have a flat, sexy tummy!

�Cuz think again sister!� I''ve seen it over and over!� Would you believe me if I told you that this woman had 5 children?� And 3 delivered via C-section!

I''ve seen it over and over..�� women come to me with the typical "oh I can never have a flat stomach again.."�� I just roll my eyes!

One thing you have to look at is the deeper, stabilizing core muscles - these are often over-stretched and over-worked during pregnancy and a lot of times, never corrected.

Some simple drills can get you on the right track!

Here''s an easy one to start with:� lie on your back, with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.

Place a small object right on your belly button..� like a ball, or even a Tupperware lid can work.� Now what you wanna do, is "pull" or "draw" your belly button as close to your spine as possible.� So you''re trying to do this with the deep belly muscles and not by taking a deep breath or anything.

You should be able to talk normally while you''re doing this..� if you can''t, you''re using the wrong muscles..

Now just hold this position for a few seconds and repeat.� As you get stronger, try to hold it for longer.

This is just one very simple example, I''ll be showing you a bunch more!� But give that one a shot!

And stop thinking you can''t have a flat tummy because you''ve had a C-section..� it simply IS NOT TRUE!

Believe it or not, I''ve seen tremendous tummy "transformations" literally in SECONDS with a few corrections to posture.� (I put transformation in quotes because it wasn''t exactly a loss of weight that caused the change)..�� but still - wouldn''t that be great if you could do the same?

Well, there''s a good chance you can!� Ya see, when you sit for extended periods - it causes some of the very important postural muscles to shorten up and become tight.

Chances are, you have some room to lengthen out the muscles in your hips - which will cause a shift in the position of your pelvis;� and this is HUGE in determining the size and look of your tummy!� I''ll be showing you some tremendous stretches for this area..

Another thing you''ll want to look at, and especially if this "sitting time" is spent in front of a computer - is tightness in the shoulder muscles..� specifically, the front of the shoulders!�

I see this ALL the time!� These muscles become short, and you end up with a sort of "hunched-over" look ..� this in itself gives the appearance of a "pot belly,"and not only that - you can actually shift the position of your rib cage making this even worse!��� So make you you''re sitting with good posture when you''re at the computer..

Again, we''ll be going over this in more detail..�� but for now, keep it in mind!� Good posture - like your Mama taught you.� Shoulders back, stand tall, chest out!

I''m glad to hear you don''t spend a lot of time sitting..� atleast not for extended periods.� This is going to be a great help in getting that flat stomach..� not only because you are naturally burning more calories, BUT because the posture muscles that become tight in people who sit too much - won''t be as big of a problem for you!

Now, you''ll still want to take a look at some of these.�

You may want to look for tightenss in some of the muscles in your hips - which will cause a shift in the position of your pelvis;� and this is HUGE in determining the size and look of your tummy!� I''ll be showing you some tremendous stretches for this area..

Another thing you''ll want to look at, is tightness in the shoulder muscles..� specifically, the front of the shoulders!�
