Freestyle Fitness is a health and wellness club that specializes in personal training. To keep you in shape, we use our own method of training - freestyle. Our freestyle workouts are individually tailored to your needs.

Freestyle Fitness also provides group sessions for both youths and adults. This can be a fun way to interact with others while staying healthy and fit. For those wanting to learn self-defense, we have evening and weekend martial arts classes.

Most Freestyle exercises require little or no equipment and are based on everyday movements. They strengthen your core, increase cardiovascular capacity and build strength, balance and flexibility. Each workout progressively builds on the last to create a unique experience yielding exceptional results.

With the 21-Day Re-Charge Body Makeover, you will undergo 15 one hour training sessions, weekly weight monitoring, a nutritional program that is scientifically proven to shed fat and slim down, and body composition tracking.

In Freestyle Fitness, you will be challenged throughout the workout by a professional personal trainer. Each trainer has more than 10-years experience so you’ll receive the helpful assistance you need. We also take a creative approach to meet client’s expectations - everyone is different.

Our two most popular fitness programs are the 21-Day Re-charge Body Makeover and the GXT Athletic Re-charge. This is a great way to jumpstart your fitness.

The GXT program is an off-season program designed to improve an athlete''s agility, foot speed, anaerobic endurance, and vertical jump. This program is tailored to each individual’s sport, specific needs. Here, you will be coached by a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and undergo three one hour training sessions per week.

With over 300 clients that have lost over 3,500 pounds, our freestyle workouts are an effective way to have the body you desire.
